This characterised version of Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is to represent the recent rediculous transfer prices and how it seems that all the club owners have more money than sense.
Here is an image to show how most of us feel how traffic wardens go about there job. How they always seem so appear from nowhere, but aren't they just doing a job or taking it even further?
In most towns or built up areas we usually find ourselves paying over the odds to park even if it's just for a few hours, as if we don't pay enough already. This here is to represent those over prices parking spaces.

As everyone knowns (who has any kind of interest in football), England's game against Ukraine was broadcasted on the internet in which people would have to pay to watch the game on there computers. It was estimated that this would bring in around a million viewers, but only a quarter of the estimated viewers actually watched the game. The image below is to show this.
